I’m a management consultant and organizational sociologist focused on deep organizational understanding and profound change. This includes technology-driven transformation, organizational performance and failure remediation, organizational change management, and the employee work experience as a tool for change.
My work involves consulting and the development of innovative methods and tools to drive program and business success.
